Flexistretcher Training in NYC

I had a great time this past weekend in NYC for the Flexistretcher teacher training. It was great to get a refresher course and to learn some of the new ways of using my flexistretcher. I can't wait to start teaching my students this coming fall.

Thank you to Rachel and Flexistretcher for having me this weekend and for my FLX swag bag. I love having all of the new FLX dance wear and equipment. The new massage balls are a must for any dancer along with their flexistretcher. I just can't get enough of them. I also can't wait to get back into class to try the newest product-Flexistretcher Mesh Tights
