Flexistretcher isn't just for dancers it is for anyone who wants to stay in shape. Can't wait to start teach Flexistretcher on a regular basis in September.

I am teaching an open class at Design In Motion Dance Studio on Tuesdays from 5-5:45. It is the perfect way to stay in shape and to cross train for dancers. Hope to see you there.
