Scan Day
July 12th
Today is my Brain MRI. Since my tumor markers have been going up, my doctor decided to do my scans a little earlier to try and catch whatever is happening sooner. July 18th
Well today already didn’t go as planned. I was scheduled to have my PET-CT today. I have been dealing with a cough for the past couple of days and yesterday I took my temperature to find I had one. This morning when I woke up I still had one.
So my scan will be postponed till I am better but for now I will just snuggle at home with my pups and rest.

July 19th
I wanted to give everyone an update on everything that has been happening.
First my Brain MRI results. It showed some improvement!!! Brain metastasis can be slow shrinking and healing. Hopefully the next MRI will show even more improvement.
Next my cough/temperature. My doctor had me go to an urgent care for a flu and Covid test both of which came back negative. I was also but on an antibiotic to hopefully help with the cough. My temperature keeps going down then up. I will keep resting and hoping I will recover soon
Finally my PET-CT. Due to me not feeling well now I had to reschedule my PET-CT for next week. These scans came about because my tumor markers were gradually climbing ever since a very stressful situation in May. While I have eliminated the toxic people that were involved, their toxicity has had lasting effects on my life and health. I hope whatever the scan results are it is a simple adjustment to my current treatment and not a complete change.

July 28th
Today I have my PET-CT scan.Hopefully it will show stable diseases or even some improvement. It will take a few days to hear the results but as soon as I do I will be sure to share it with everyone.
