CanPlan

I just received my CanPlan It is an organizer for cancer patients to keep track of appointments, treatment plans, blood work, goals and so much more. I wish I had received one when I was first diagnosed; it would have made it easier for me to keep track of everything when my world was turned upside down. They recently started a kickstarter to help launch their new CanPlan. This is a perfect gift for any cancer patient. Please back this Kickstarter so that many other cancer patients can get control over their diagnosis.
