No One Can Survive Alone Concert was a Great Success

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2nd No One Can Survive Alone concert. This year the concert was sold out and a huge success. All of you made this possible and I appreciate it more than words could ever express. Thank you to everyone who performed. I was thrilled to present such a variety of genres: classical & contemporary ballet, contemporary, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, tap, and yoga. Each number was beautifully performed and I received many nice compliments on every single piece. Together, these pieces made for a great concert that was very entertaining for the audience. It was a privilege and an honor for me to have each of you perform for Bald Ballerina.

I especially want to thank the student performers who were very professional both on stage and off. The future of dance is very bright with young dancers like each of you.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped the event run smoothly. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you to the audience. You were terrific! While dancers always love performing, it is especially rewarding to perform for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable audience.

Thank you to everyone who very generously donated silent auction and raffle items and to everyone who bid on the auctions or bought raffle tickets.

Thank you to everyone who made donations to help offset the costs of this concert.

Thank you to everyone who prepared the delicious food and baked goods for the reception. Hardly anything was leftover.

Most of all, thank you to the dance community who have been extraordinarily supportive of Bald Ballerina from the very start. Films and TV shows seldom portray the warmth and generosity of dancers that I personally have experienced. I am honored and proud to be part of this wonderful community.
