Grateful

When I first started Bald Ballerina, I never expected to have it be what it is today. I just thought my friends and family would be following to see how I was doing and check it. Then Michaela DePrince shared my story. Michaela was the first well known dancer to embrace my story. I never forgot that her sharing my story helped make Bald Ballerina what it is today.

Yesterday at SweetBird Productions summer intensive I finally got to meet her in person. She is truly an inspiration not only to the all dancers, but to the world. She overcame being a refugee child and is thriving. Thank you Michaela for everything.
