Mental Health

Mental health. This is something that I forget about sometimes. I always try to stay positive and in a good mental head space. But I have to remind myself that it’s ok if I’m not. Whether I am dealing with scanxiety or stress from work or just being stressed and not feeling good about myself it’s ok. When I am down I try to do one thing a day to make myself smile or laugh or just feel good.

Remember it’s ok if you are dealing with something or you just don’t feel 100% yourself. Take you time find something that makes you feel good and hopefully brighter days are ahead. #mentalhealth #breastcancer#metastaticbreastcancer #baldballerina
