Christmas 2021

Merry Christmas!

To me, Christmas is a time of hope, a time of peace, and a time to reflect on how much we need each other. The current COVID crisis really brings this into focus. Many of us won’t be with our families and friends this year, but hopefully, next year we can celebrate in person. My heart goes out to anyone who has lost a loved one.

Cancer, or any serious health crisis, makes one aware of what is really important: how precious life, family, and friends are; that small annoyances are not worth fussing over; that our differences are what make people interesting; that each life is important. Please join me in praying for more kindness in our world and for a cure for metastatic cancer.
